As a junior first officer you can expect a gross salary of 2,400 up to 3,600 EUR/month the first year. Then it will increase every year. By the time you become a captain (after 4 up to 10 years’ experience) you can count on a gross salary of 6,000 up to 10,000 EUR/month depending on the company you fly for.
